It works! I'm on my first bottle so I don't know how many uses I'll get. I ride a heavy motorcycle in the city and days I ride a lot are sometimes followed by leg in the night, or early morning. This so far has prevented it. It also works on a cramp in progress. I've often sat in pain trying to relax, waiting for muscle to calm down on it's own, knowing there's nothing else I can do. Now I can apply this and go back to sleep in a few seconds because it stops the cramp immediately.

My mother used to use it. Definitely works to relieve muscle spasms. I mostly use it on feet and calves.
