The Cuff ankle and wrist weight is a recognized brand in the therapy industry. I used this in both inpatient and outpatient therapeutic sessions recovering from a fractured tibia. I use this weight in my home as I continue to recover. The Cuff adjusts to fit ankle or wrist. The velcro strap keeps the weight in place during exercises. These are available in 1, 1.5, and 2 lb and in 1 pound increments thereafter.
