It comes with a zippered pouch that is the length of the pillow itself that stores extra material you can add to your pillow for adjustments to firmness/softness. Pillow that allows variations!

I have always used the original "Ergo" and "Cloud". I could not afford my favorite, but this pillow gives the ability to make it my own. I can adjust the amount of filling inside. I need good neck support. The extra cooling pillow cover is very nice and antibacterial. I gave it 4 stars only because it's not the original! I highly recommend it! It comes with a 5 year warranty,also.

Best pillows ever

I am very picky about pillows and usually they are either too soft or too hard, even the memory foams. This pillow is not only just right but also included was a tube pillow with extra filling in case the pillow wasn't supportive enough. These made great neck pillows. I just wish Walmart carried the king size in this pillow.
