Easy peasy nothing to it. Took all of 5 minutes to put together (less if I didn't need to find my glasses). Remember this is a very basic design don't go in thinking this is going to be the most sturdy thing you have ever purchased. It serves it's purpose and does it simply.

I love the top rack that holds the wipes and that it holds 3 extra rolls for those moments you sit and then notice the roll is empty!!! The racks are a bit light tho and could be tipped over if not in a space that would be in an open area. Mine is against a wall so the tipping issue is not a problem for us.
