I bought this online, having never seen one, solely based on reviews on all the sites that sell them. I had my finger posed on the order button on another site, for $ 103.00 MORE than here. So I was happy to get a bargain. But even if I paid full price, it is worth every cent. Like most I can't believe I spent this on a chair, but I would buy ten more just like it if I needed them. Rugged, good looks, and it's not a chair, it's an experience. The arm rests do everything but fetch you a snack. I never thought I would sue lumbar and neck pillows. Figured they would be useless and cheap. Quite the contrary, they make this chair what it is, well, they help a lot. As you put it together you can tell you are working with a quality product. For starters, the base that the wheels are on is STEEL, not plastic. I have had this chair only a few days, but I can tell it's going to hold up and last a good long time. Do it, you won't regret it !
