I tried this as an all day support for my back. I've had back surgery and have 2 braces. I got this as something I could wear under clothes. It does give support and reminds me to stand up straight. Washed easily in cold or warm and air dries. The secret to getting this on is to step into it and shimmy it up to your torso. I got a large even tho I wear a med in tops. Very happy with it.
