Smooth and delicious flavor - great snack

I didn't think it was possible to enjoy 100% chocolate, no sugar. Yet this chocolate is smooth and delicious. I stay away from sugar, so my palate is adjusted to non sweet things but most 100% chocolate has a bitter or harsh taste (despite bitter being in the name, I do not find this chocolate bitter at all). The wafer thin texture also adds to the experience of this chocolate as a delicious snack.
