I needed new pans. I was a little nerves for white pans but even after 6 months of heavy use, these are still white. I do hand wash them, and air dry. They was very easily with a scrub daddy and dawn. I do not use metal utensils on these pans only bamboo and silicon. Nothing has stuck to these pans, I've made many types of sauces. I'm very happy. I got the right amount. These work great for my family. These are beautiful too.
