I have severe trouble with my lower back. I have a walker with a seat that I use to attend things local to my home. I recently had the opportunity to travel outside the country on vacation, I knew the walker would be to bulky and large to travel with just me. I ordered the walking stick to help balance myself and the seat was an added plus. I used it everywhere I went and the nice part when the pain got too bad or I just needed to sit & rest for a few minutes, I just pushed the sit down till I was ready to go on!! For anyone who has limited mobility, I would give this product a try!!
