Suncast Willow 22" Resin Wicker Decorative Pot Planters, Set of 4, Java

The pots seem decent quality--but customer service isn't. WM processed and fulfilled this order. But be careful when you order a set of 4. I got only two, and customer service gave me a painful run-around to get the item returned for a refund. They pretended to call the driver (!), said they couldn't schedule a return pick up, blamed the store for messing up the order, and finally caved when they realized they were about to lose a loyal WM member.

I am very disappointed with Walmart!!! I ordered these planters as a set of four and only received two. When I contacted Walmart, I was given the option to replace or refund. I am hosting a party at my home tomorrow and needed the planters. When they asked me if I wanted to return them I told them no that I needed at least two of them for tomorrow that I would like them to please just send the other two. They told me this was not an option that I had to return the two to get a replacement. I told them I could not be without the two for tomorrow so to please just refund me for the two I did not receive. They told me they could give me a 15% refund. I explained to them that this was not honest/fair that I should get a 50% refund because I received 50% of the order. They would not! I am extremely disappointed that they did not make right their error!!! Note: As I was going to write this review, I realized this isn't the first time that they only shipped two! So if you're looking for four, just be prepared to only receive two!
