Sukoyaka Brown Rice, Genmai, 4.4 Pound, No Allergen-Free Claims

I have been surprised by how much I am enjoying this rice. I am using a steamer to cook it, using a rice to water ratio of 5:4; I have not rinsed it. The result after 40 minutes is plump rice with a "nutty" [ Isn't that always the description for a grain that isn't bland? :o) ] flavor. The best comparison that I can make would be mild, flavorful tapioca pearls with a pleasing little pop. Perhaps that sounds strange, but it is delicious with chili or stew poured over it. I am new to brown rice and would like to hear the suggestions of others as to how I might enjoy this delicious grain.
