Suave Men Charcoal 3-in-1 Shampoo Conditioner & Body Wash, Charcoal & Ginger, 12.6 oz

I saw Suave had come out with five "men's fragrances" of body wash (some also being shampoos) and wanted to sample them. Never could find more than one in any store at a time, but Walmart's website carried all five, so I ordered one of each to try them all. Now, any Suave product will clean you effectively and cheaply. All performed their jobs well. I was strictly comparing scents. When a product claimed also to be a shampoo, I used it that way as well. Here are my personal preferences: Bergamot and Wood: Scent underwhelming. Doesn't persist at all. Citrus and Musk (also shampoo): Second weakest. Couldn't detect any citrus. Cedarwood and Mandarin: A bit more lasting, though still couldn't detect any citrus. Shea and Sandalwood: Could be more assertive, but pleasant, persistent, and manly. A favorite. Charcoal and Warm Ginger (also shampoo): Scent as odd as the name, but compelling and masculine. A favorite. Perhaps deep, persistent fragrances are something you sacrifice for this price point, but I found two scents I could be happy with.
