Again, it being coconut be aware of your allergies
I love Pam and I use most of the products especially when on sale. I bake with it. It's not sticky and Cody. I like that it's pure and there's no funky aftertaste or smell and it just blends right in. It melts so perfectly into whatever you're cooking and I love the taste if anything it improves the flavor of the food.
