The phone works but I had to change the battery, it was boot looping. Apparently, the batteries are starting to go bad on these phones after sitting in their boxes for 5 years. So if you get the phone and it's constantly boot looping it's likely the battery.

I bought this phone for my 11 year old thinking it would be a good starter phone for him.. the phone does not hold a charge. I charged it completely the day before Christmas, put it back in the box & wrapped it & it was dead by the time he opened it on Christmas Day.
