I'm your biggest customer - but....
The design needs to be improved so the handles don't so easily fall out and then the plastic breaks. We have to proactively apply duct tape to new baskets and repair old ones.

Does not hold up to usage
My mother purchased a similar sterilite laundry basket for me when I went to college. That was in 1990. I still have it! For my wedding shower I received another one, I still have it! That was in 1996. Since then I have purchase and had to throw away more than I can count. I get it that you need to make money, but sacrificing your quality product shouldn't be the way you do it. The handles fall off the sides break. I've tried reinforcing the whole thing with duct tape to no avail. You should look at the design front he early 90's and bring it back. You could be the less plastic in a land full company! As for me, wont buy anymore, just going to stick with my two from the 90's.
