Stamina X AMRAP Air Resistance Exercise Rower, 300 lb. Weight Limit

We would use something similar to this model at our local gym daily. Condensed our workout to just this so we decided to buy one for home so we could save on the trips to gym. I did my research. Turned out that this is even better than the one we used. Thinking about buying another one so we can workout at the same time. The monitor takes two C batteries. It took a while longer to put it together but it was not torturous. My husband hates putting stuff together and did not complain once. Highly please with the results. It is awesome. When I first put the machine together there was a slight knocking sound coming from the fan. When I removed the fan cover I discovered a small hex nut stuck to the magnet. I couldn’t find a location for the hex nut so I assume it was picked up by the magnet during assembly at the factory? After I removed the nut the machine worked flawlessly. I use a CONCEPT 2 at the gym as part of Crossfit wod’s on a regular basis. This rower not only equals the gym’s rower but is actually a little more taxing when set at the highest fan level-where most of our Crossfit wods are done at. I’ve gone no further than 5000 meters at a time so far but overall I’ve no complaints after the initial set up. Training for crossfit wods with this rower is excellent because of the increased load over the CONCEPT 2. At the easiest fan setting I notice no difference in 500 meter times compared to the CONCEPT 2.
