beauty ring

I'm sorry to say but I cant install the ring. it seems like it won't fit, although it is the right size. Also it does not match the other three in my car. I will not write a bad review cause the item appears to be in very good condition other that it wont go in to a perfect fit. I don't know how to go about getting an exchange if possible. Any suggested comment will be welcomed. Thanks.
