I am using these to hold findings and hand made jewelry charms. I love that they stack and that the cover is see through for easy access. The dividers are included and there were plenty to use to divvy up the space. One small con is if you have very small or thin items, the dividers may not hold them properly. However, there are plenty of compartments that are small sized on it's own that you can use. I bought 2 initially, but because they are so handy, I purchased 2 more!
