Better than I expected tbh

Pretty sturdy and safe, fits a couple disks on each side and the height and width adjustments are better than I thought. Not too heavy so you can move it and adjust it with ease. It is kind of hard to build since all they send you are two little wrenches and the nuts get tight. If you have your own tools that would probably work out better. The box also came full of some grains of what I can only assume are paint bits from when it was powdered. Put my old crusty 4-in-1 bench on it for the pics but it obviously looks way better with a regular bench. If you're on a budget and just need something to squat and press on, it's great, it also saves space.
