Normal Cleaning: After each use, wipe down excess sweat with a dry cloth. Apply SR® Trimmer Cleaning Spray or clean using warm water and soap. Hang to dry. Machine Wash: (1-2 times per month) Pat dry excess sweat. Place Thigh Trimmers in a mesh carry bag or laundry bag. Wash cold on gentle cycle in front load washer only. Hang dry. Do not tumble dry. With frequent use, your Sweet Sweat® Thigh Trimmers will last 6-8 months. Can last up to one year with less frequent use.

I love these Sweet Sweat Thigh Trimmers! Easy to use, non bulky, super comfortable and added benefit they give a little support. You won't see overnight results, however after a couple of weeks I did see a little improvement. The included workout enhancer smells great (coconut). Benefits I love, is it's not tested on animals and you can just throw the trimmers in the wash to keep them fresh.

I love the Sweet Sweat thigh trimmers. I wear them when I work out to promote more sweat so my thighs can get smaller and toned. They have a lining that repels sweat so the don't slip. There is a gel sample that comes with it and a mesh bag to store them or wash them. I definitely recommend them.
