Love that they have 30g of protein. These shakes taste better than pea protein shakes (like OWYN). I prefer the meal replacement shakes because I think they taste better than these complete protein shakes. I love this shake !!!! I'm glad I started drinking them for breakfast .I wish I can buy more of this shake and the vanilla one too to alternate shakes on a daily basis. These shakes are delish and very filling in the morning. I've been drinking these shakes for almost 2 years now !!! It keeps my blood sugars within my target blood sugar range!! These are better than the other shakes for diabetics cuz its has no carrageenan in it!!
