The material is really soft. If you have a long torso, the fit will be very short at your waist. I wear a L/XL. I ordered the XXL as that was the only size available. The XXl was a bit smaller, but the material had give so I will keep it. I with the length was longer as I prefer sweaters to extend past my waste.
