many uses but i mainly use by boiling with other herbs as a tea to boost immunity and help with weight loss . it helps improove taste also and is easy to strain from the tea. . walmart also makes it more affordable. its in glass jars a plus to keep the cinnamon sticks fresh alot longer. looks just like the pictur,full size sticks
