Time and Money saver and will last a long time!
Galangal powder is SO convenient. Fresh galangal is difficult to find it and it has to be sliced and used soon after purchasing. Galangal powder has more than a year shelf life, you sprinkle it in your recipe (my favorites are Tom Kha or Tom Yum soup) and it is as flavorful as the fresh galangal slices but saves you time, phone calls and travel to find it! I'm so glad I found this company's products on Walmart.com.
