great portable massage. can take it from room to room unlike the actual massage chair. feels great on muscles if you like deep massages. after using, my back %26 spine feel good, sore, tender, %26 free from tension. maybe because i use it for more than 2hrs during a 1 day session then wait a couple days before using again. the heat setting could be better do not recline back in it because the massage rollers will be thrown off track. overall great item. family %26 guests have fallen in love with it
