Its real food all the rest of the peanut butter out there uses vegetable oils which hurt the human body. This peanut butter is just peanuts. This is the only brand of pb that i eat, and i have been eating it for years. It contains peanuts and salt, that's it, and it is low salt compaired to most. I will grant you it can take a little effort to mix it up, but i just make a game of it. You can then put it in frig if yoy want, but I had rather keep it out and then just restir a little occasionaly.
