Cute but too small
Way too small. Ordered a 28, but it was more like a 14. A friend that wears a 16 tried it on and it was too small for her as well. I didn't send back because I decided to gift it someone smaller than the both of us. Jacket is beautiful and good quality, but the size chart is all wrong.
