Great morning and midday drink
Drink this every morning. Haven't been able to take my vitamins and minerals for the past 2 months. So I started drinking this for the last of my vitamin intake. I whip it in the blender and sometimes add couple slices of banana. YUMMO. I only wish they could lower the carbs. Is very filling also with just the right about of protein .If they could do that I'd drink it twice a day .

Love this stuff. I add ice cream and make it into a milk shake and drink it in the car on my way out. Sometimes I add Carnation Malted Milk powder for a change (I still wish they hadn't discontinued the flavor of Malted milk chocolate Instant Breakfast). Don't drink this all the time but it's a great filling treat.
