Instructions
You Will Need: 1 lb boneless chicken, sliced. 2 tbsp vegetable oil. 1 medium onion, sliced. 1 bell pepper, sliced. Directions: 1. Place chicken and 1 tbsp oil in pan, cook thoroughly on medium-high heat, then remove from pan. 2. In same pan, saute vegetables in 1 tbsp oil. 3. Return chicken to pan with vegetables. Add 1/4 cup water and seasoning mix. Stir to combine. Simmer and additional 2 to 3 minutes. Tips: Serve on warm tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, prepared Simply Organic Guacamole Dip and sour cream.

Easy fajitas
We used this on chicken fajitas after previously using taco seasoning. We didn't think it would make much of a difference, but it did. I recommend this if you are looking for that classic fajita taste in an easy packet. What is not to love about that.
