I was really impressed with these noodles. I've eaten ramen before in the cheap packages that we all know (and maybe love). But I've never made my own recipe using plain ramen noodles, so I was excited to receive this free sample to test out. I have to say I really enjoyed it! I made a recipe from the brand's website called Garlic Noodles. It was simple enough with most ingredients I had on hand. I did need to buy oyster sauce, but no biggie! The recipe was DELICIOUS and it only took about 20 minutes! These noodles cooked up quickly to the perfect texture and were the perfect thickness. And they absorbed the sauce nicely. I would definitely buy these again and find other recipes to make that incorporated veggies and chicken with a broth for a more traditional ramen. 5/5
