Simple Modern Stainless Steel Vacuum Insulated Spirit Wine Tumbler with Press In Lid|12 fl oz

I have ordered a lot from simple modern and honestly love their company for years already. I engraved 5 of these last year for some friends. I have water bottles and wine decanters and almost every product they have here. Unfortunately for me, the Carrara marble design is not as advertised. The Carrara marble I see here is light and pretty the ones that got sent was dark and not very pretty. To add salt to the wound, I spent loads of money engraving these tumblers. Needless to say, I looks bad. I can't see the engraving bc the Carrara designs were so dark and strippy. I ordered 14 of these, 5 turned out good (bc it was the pink/blue ombre design). Every Carrara marble ones I ordered w engraving didn't turn out so good. Perhaps, SM shouldn't allow customers to engrave these. Also, maybe show a picture that is representative of what is being sold.
