I have been canning forever. I have primarily used pressure canners. Water bath canning can be a hassle. UNTIL NOW. This water bath canner is fully electronic and walks through each step. You just press the amount of time recommended in your recipe and leave it. (I prepare the next load or walk away). It just could not be easier. I will be buying a second one next year so I can increase production.

Just but it!

I should have purchased this sooner! it's so easy to use for water bath canning. Has a tremendous amount of room, and you no longer have to sit and worry about your canning on the stove. it has a an easy preheat your jars setting, let's you know when they are ready to fill and once you stick them in the water bath just set the timer and forget about them until they are done. So easy! it also doesn't heat up the entire house like stovetop canning does.

I was hesitant to purchase because of the cost. But it was well worth it and will pay for itself overtime for sure. Makes water bath canning multiple things one after another more efficient for me. And does NOT heat up the kitchen and our heat index has been over 100 degrees lately. This has been a huge game changer. No regrets.
