Olympic 1 Gallon SC-1008 Bayberry Exterior Solid Wood Protector Stain Plus Sealer in One

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this stain on a previously stained wood picnic table. The old stain had started to peel and was getting some mildew on it, all in less than a year. I am hoping this stain will not do that since it has a sealer. This stain was easy to mix, applied very easily and smoothly. I did have to apply two coats since it was going over a little bit darker stain. It dried quickly. The first area I applied was already drying by the time I finished the table. I was able to put both coats on the same day, which is a plus. It dried well, looks smooth and even. I am very happy with the appearance and I hope it lives up to the claims on the can, especially about resisting mildew, since I tend to have that issue with my picnic table. I would recommend this product.

I really like that this is self-priming and that it has stain & sealant in one.It applies very easy and leaves a great coverage. It provides a layer of protection for years to come. I like this Olympic Wood Protector so well that I am gonna redo my deck with it. I highly recommend this product.
