5 parts Canyon Brown + 1 part Redwood Naturaltone

I applied 2 coats of this product 5 years ago to a new-ish cedar board-on-board fence, when the product touted 3 year protection. It was fairly easy to apply with a natural bristle brush once I got the hang of the cedar's rough texture. It is JUST NOW fading in spots and time to reapply. I'm glad I traded a few extra dollars for the few extra years between projects. I'm sad to see so many bad reviews about the new version of this product! The color was beautiful and it lasted every bit as long as it said it would. With a new formula not performing as well now I have to reconsider buying it again. Tip to the manufacturer: if a product doesn't sell as much, sometimes it's because IT WORKS! Don't let your quest for profit lead to lesser quality products.

Redwood Naturaltone (717)

Excellent coverage, easy to apply, fast, easy clean-up. I live in the Pacific Northwest where we have lots of rainy days most of the year. My deck and fence have been stained for years and still look good. I just finished putting a seond coat on my deck on a 72 degree day and the coverage is good and drying time is fast. I have lots of compliments on my deck. I wouldn't use anything else. Love the soap and water clean-up. Also, great customer service if a need arises to call the factory and talk to a representative with questions.

cedar tone

I have been building,cleaning and sealing decks for over 34 years in michigan where the weather can go from one extreme to the next and through the years i have used many brands of deck sealers. Once I tried Olympic Maximum about 8 years ago I have never used anything else. Very easy to use and lasts for years.
