The Sherry Kline Black/White Plaid Sherpa dog bed is awesome. Very well made ! Thick and soft Sherpa on the inside and a beautiful plaid Flannel like material on the outside. The added cover is a plus. The photos showed a zipper on the bottom so you could remove the padding and replace it down the road if it started to get worn down. One of the reasons I bought it. However mine did not have the zipper. I called and Customer Service said the new shipment of the beds did not come with the zipper, however they had one left that did. They shipped it out immediately to me at no charge and said to just keep the one I had as a back up! Who does that these days? They thanked me for alerting them about the photo's and would fix that. They agreed I should receive what was advertised, and went above and beyond to make it right. Highly recommend this company! Superior Customer Service! Kuddo's to them!
