received both " NEW REMOTES ?" put in FRESH NEW BATTERIES AND NEITHER REMOTE WORKS!!!?? Called your customer service and was told that this product [s] was NOT ELIGIBLE for RETURN or REFUND!!? This is a lesson for me on your business policy a cheap one just a little over $20 and I won't make that mistake again! PIECE of CRAP MERCHANDISE and LOUSY customer service, you have taught me a valuable lesson and I'll deal online elsewhere and have already found the correct TV remote that works just fine. GOOD LUCK! YOU'LL NEED IT!!
