Wheels squeak on floor when rolling. Sits a bit high off floor for hard surfaces and you can't adjust the height. It gets stuck in stand up position and doesn't easily maneuver around obstacles. There is not an attachment for hand held cleaning of stairs or furniture (aside from the hard plastic stick attachment).
