Olympic 1 Gallon SC-1033 Forest Exterior Solid Wood Protector Stain Plus Sealer in One

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a stain/sealant in one, which makes staining my porch much easier. I really like the color, it looks great. This stain is easy to use and it goes a long way. This gallon done my porch with even some left over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this stain on a previously stained wood picnic table. The old stain had started to peel and was getting some mildew on it, all in less than a year. I am hoping this stain will not do that since it has a sealer. This stain was easy to mix, applied very easily and smoothly. I did have to apply two coats since it was going over a little bit darker stain. It dried quickly. The first area I applied was already drying by the time I finished the table. I was able to put both coats on the same day, which is a plus. It dried well, looks smooth and even. I am very happy with the appearance and I hope it lives up to the claims on the can, especially about resisting mildew, since I tend to have that issue with my picnic table. I would recommend this product.
