It keeps falling off the wall. We have had to reinstall it several times and it just does not grip like it should. The lower rod rolls and causes the towel to fall on the floor. The top rail is tight so it cannot be moved closer else the top rail won't fit. It's made poorly I would like a credit do I can purchase a different style
