Shape Up pushed you to compete against virtual trainers or yourself from a previous session. The idea behind it is getting you to move in different directions and pushes you to do more than you did before. The activities makes it fun to work out. They push you to hit a certain number of "volts" per week, and uses different workouts to ensure workouts are balanced. Great!
