I'm updating my review from a few weeks ago. In my review I noted that while I was at first hesitant to believe reviews complaining of the scent change in SW&B, after trying one of the new bottles, I unfortunately had to agree that the scent change was notable and not for the better. I was contacted by the company after my review for further dialogue and on that level I give them 5 stars. The company offered to refund me for any product I had purchased. I turned that down saying instead, I'd just like to know why they made the change without informing what appeared to be a solid base of loyal users of the scent. They responded with an honest and adequate answer that had to do with a further review of the ingredients in the scent and their conclusion that there may have been issues with one of the ingredients so they decided to change it. They apologized. Credit where credit is due. As an uphappy customer they handled me the right way. I told them that while SW&B had been my favorite, there were other scents I also liked and their response to my complaint has saved me as a customer.
