Quality not great, part of sleeve not sewn.

Although this top is very cute, I found it difficult to put on and take off. The waist band is sewn together so it has to be adorned over the head, not like a jacket. Also, as the fall weather is just now arriving, I am just getting the chance to wear my new shirt. Sitting here after arriving at work I find that the cuff of the sleeve is not fully attached and there is a section not sewn on. It is too late to return the item and this is unfortunate.
