About this item

Product details

Seiryu Yanagi (Sashimi) Knife has a 260mm (10.25) long blade made out of stainless steel. The dark brown handle is made of hardwood with a black plastic bolster. Blade is honed at an angle only on one side and flat on the flip side. The knife's long, slender feature allows the sushi chef to cut lots of raw fish, sashimi, sushi and seafood in high-quality form. "Sekiryu" is inscribed onto the blade in Japanese character, named after one of the four gods in the Chinese legend.
