Kelp Noodles with Pesto:

1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor. (3 c chopped basil, 1 c extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 c pine nuts, 2/3 c grated parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp minced garlic, juice of one lemon)
2. Add kelp noodles and toss until all the noodles are cooked.
3. Add salt and lemon juice to taste.

Serving and storage:
Rinse in water before preparing. Cut the noodles to the desired length. Store any unused noodles in water in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Do not freeze.
