There is no zipper so it's pull on style with a button at the nape of the neck. Getting the button done is the most difficult part of this romper. Easy to style all year long. Very comfortable and upscale looking. I'm 5'8 and wear a size 8. I purchased a medium. Fits great. The only problem I had was in buttoning and unbuttoning the closure at the top of the jumpsuit. This is problematic if you have to use the restroom. Overall it's a very nice outfit and I would recommend it.
