2.0 mil face-side adhesive, 2.0 mil nominal adhesive, 4 mil primary liner thickness. Temperature resistance: -40 - 180 deg F. Adhesion to metal: medium-high, adhesion to LSE: high, adhesion to HSE: high, adhesion to foam: 4, moisture resistance: 8, solvent resistance: 6, UV resistance: medium-high. Three other versions are available for use with most automated computer plotter/cutters, slot punched (520S), tractor feed (520T) and 520HLR (friction feed) formats, hand and die-cut - single liner format.
This stencil helps protect granite, marble and wood during the sandblasting process used in the monument and wood sign industry. Primary liner: Densified kraft paper. Adhesive peel initial: 6, adhesive peel ultimate: 7, chemical resistance: 6, humidity resistance: 8, shear strength at 72 deg F: 4 pound-force per square inch. Freight class 55.
