Safco Scoot Double Sided 6 Shelf Book Cart

I desperately wanted to like this product. I am an attorney and use a lot of books My office is littered with them. The shelf was an effort to impose some order over that mess. The shelf arrived in parts to be assembled. Shelves, (3 parts), sides, wheels. (a few were slightly bent in shipping, but I worked around it). I initially assembled it in about an hour. Then I worked to tighten all the screws and bolts once it was together. The problem is that the assembled shelves fit into the sides with two small screw on each side. The screws have loctite or some similar substance to hold them in. But the heads of the screws can only be accessed diagonally (the lip of the shelves precludes a 90% attack. So you cannot get a square contact and put in the muscle required to get them to set all the way in without stripping the heads. No tools are provided (was hoping for a magic wand). I used a hand screw driver initially, and then this morning I brought in a 12v milwaukee screw gun with clutch adjusted. But the screws are difficult to set flush and tighten the assembly. The result is that the product wobbles and sways like a willow in a hurricane. I tried to tighten it this morning, but I could not get the leverage on the screws. I'm not a small guy (6'5", 250), and I've done a lot of construction work, fiberglass work, etc. I know my way around tools. And I have a lot. So I put it down and decided to think about it before I stripped a screw out. Allen heads might have been a better choice for fasterers. Or even bolt heads that could be used with a rachet or nut driver with a 90% attack. Its a shame that the entire matter comes down to a decision to pack the merchandise with cheap screws. If I get it worked out, I may update the rating. It will serve its purpose and deserve five stars if it holds together and does not collapse as I load it up and then tug it around the office from conference room to conference room. Otherwise, I like the material, capacity and features of the product.
