This tank top is perfect for the help of weight loss because it makes you sweat while working out because it's got a lining on the inside that promotes the sweating. The tank is compression material which also gives you a slimmer, better looking waist. It has wide straps that don't dig into your skin or feell uncomfortable and an elastic bottom waist that keeps the heat in and the sweat from running out of the bottom so it doesn't just drip onto your clothes, floor or whatever workout equpment you're using. It's lightweight, comfortable to wear, dries quickly, and doesn't lose it's shape or strech out after wearing it or washing it (machine wash safe). It's great because you don't have to just wear it for working out, you can wear it while doing chores, house work or yardwork and still get results. It's also true-to-size.
