The helpline was less than helpful

This is a beautiful sturdy filing cabinet. I'm completely satisfied with this purchase. I have one complaint however the back of the two lateral rails above and below the drawers were not illustrated in the directions. I called the 800 number and was given the wrong instructions. There was no way I was taking it apart to fix it because the assembly time was lengthy. They need to revise the section about part M %26 T.
