Great for walking
This shirt is all I need for walking briskly in mid 50's temperatures. It wicks beautifully, and I am not over warm when I wear it in the house. It fits just a slight bit looser than these types of shirts typically do, so it looks decent on my older, less trim body.

Favorite LS to run in
I have about 8 of these long sleeves. Clearly I can't get enough. They're perfect to wear over a tank on a chilly day or under a sport top for a lightweight base layer or after a workout. They're the softest, coziest long sleeve I own and I hang out in them for hours post run. The patterns are always great! I got my normal size, but going a size up wouldn't be the worst, especially if you're wearing it on its own.
